The First Reversible Office Job
Pick a table or notes you already have. Save the output aside, keep the original off limits, and check the artifact against the source.
Put the five-step loop onto an office product. Do not invent a second method. The first run does not connect every company document, send mail, or overwrite the original.doubao-home
After reading, you should be able to answer:
- How do you write the five things for an office job?
- Why is “save aside” a condition of acceptance, not just caution?
- What do you inspect when you check — and what do you ignore?
Point the five things at a file saved aside
A sample skeleton (Doubao Work, not a universal spell):
- Object: this detail spreadsheet on the desk, read-only.
- Result: roll up by region with period-over-period, saved as a new table plus a one-page note.
- Format: units match the detail sheet; the note is one page.
- Bounds: do not edit the original, do not send, stop and ask when a definition is unclear.
- Accept: every figure in the note must recompute from the detail rows.
No object, and it invents a table. No “save aside,” and the original may be edited — then you have no comparison.
Read the plan, open the artifact
The plan must name what it will read, where it will write, and that the original is untouched. If the process says “edit the original sheet,” stop. When you check, open the new file and recompute a few rows. Do not read the closing line. If the numbers diverge, stop. See red lines and how to verify an answer.
After one loop, keep the skeleton. Company context is next, not first.
